Adcote Summer Camp
Adcote School is located in the beautiful countryside Northwest of Shrewsbury, in an inspiring Victorian building, surrounded by breathtaking parkland with easy access to Manchester and Birmingham International Airport.
At Adcote School we offer a unique summer camp experience. Our camp utilises our knowledge, skill and experience, and offers your child the opportunity to join us for fast-paced fun at the heart of the Shropshire countryside.
We aim to develop students’ independence, boosting their confidence, resilience and ability to work with others. Each of our camps are tailored and offers the opportunity for personal development, character-building and most importantly having FUN.
Discover Our Summer Camp
Children will embrace outdoor learning with exciting excursions to the surrounding towns and cities, as well as participate in engaging activities on our extraordinary campus.
They will develop new skills, make friends from all over the world, build confidence and learn fascinating things from our unique classes, where we combine subjects like English and
Science with fun educational activities.
During their stay with us, your child will take part in exercises that promote teamwork, build agility, and improve their communication skills and coordination which will help towards enhancing their independence.
Our modern accommodation is homely and facilities are second to none, ensuring comfort and once-in-a-lifetime experiences away from home.
The English & Activites camp is aimed at international students who wish to improve their English ability and experience the rich culture of the British Isles. We endeavour to teach them how to communicate successfully and confidently in real-life situations.
Learning English in an English-speaking country is ideal because it allows you to perfect your skills quickly and easily with practice, both inside and outside the classroom.
The activities and excursions will set all international students heading to the UK, on the right path to success. The practical group activities will nurture students’ social character, helping them develop confidence, independence and resilience.
All top universities and colleges desire students who can think for themselves and show a disciplined work ethic, but few programmes specifically look to develop the characteristics and behaviours that future employers look for.
Through our experiences and a broad range of challenges, students will develop meaningful relationships, improve mental and physical well-being, and discover a globalised country with a wide range of cultures and traditions.
