Topic: Mastering Generative AI: From Data to Decisions

15 – 22 December 2024

In a rapidly evolving data-driven landscape, the ability to not just predict but prescribe actions is becoming invaluable. This course, “Mastering Generative AI: From Data to Decisions,” is an innovative course designed to explore the synergy between Generative AI and prescriptive analytics, with a focus on solving real-world problems from finance, supply chain management, logistics, and operations management. This course aims to equip participants with the skills to
apply Generative AI techniques to optimize decision-making processes across these critical domains. Through a blend of data analytics, theoretical insights, practical applications, and hands-on experience, learners will tackle complex real-world problems, setting a new standard for informed and effective decision-making in today’s data-driven era.

Course Objectives
Participants will:
  • Gain a solid understanding of Generative AI and its integration with prescriptive analytics.
  • Develop the ability to construct and solve linear and discrete optimization problems using Generative AI.
  • Apply these cutting-edge techniques to real-world scenarios, enhancing operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
  • Engage in hands-on case studies from finance, supply chain management, logistics, and
operations management, utilizing advanced optimization methods and Generative AI.
